Sách này đưa vào mục self-help thì có lý hơn là khoa học nhỉ?

 

Dựa trên thực tế là người ung thư có suy nghĩ bi quan có khả năng chết cao hơn người lạc quan, có khoa học nằm trong cách nghĩ, niềm tin của con người ảnh hưởng tới trạng thái của họ và ngược lại. Nếu đang buồn cố nặn ra 1 nụ cười sẽ thấy nụ cười giả có ảnh hưởng ngược lại tới tâm trạng. Vậy đây là khoa học.

Vì thấy có mấy cuốn Tâm Hồn Của Nước...cũng nằm trong mục này được thì quyển này chắc chắn là được rồi.
