First of all, yes, you’re right. “Wrong” can be used as an adjective as well as an adverb. It’s an equivalent to “wrongly”. Not every day that you have the chance to learn something you aren’t sure about. So, thanks, man. Second of all, try to understand the question and give the answer accordingly. I didn’t ask, “What do the people who compile the “Oxford Learner’s Dictionaries” understand about the situations when Perfect tenses should be used?” did I? Moreover, if it has really been 3 years since your last English lesson, then you should make time for some grammar revision. The information and examples given out on the “Oxford Learner’s Dictionaries” website, are only useful to people with solid understanding of English sentence structure. Please, ensure that you can speak and write English in a way that clearly convey your meaning first. Writing with no regard for grammatical rules may put readers, who are still in the early stage of learning the language, in confusion. Especially, when there seem people relying on your knowledge of English for advice. Don’t play with their trust in your ability. Make sure you can walk steady before thinking of running. All the best,
I've read somewhere in the forum that you've currently resided outside of Vietnam. What country are you living?
